Our Agreement With You

Kilnery exists to create a space worthy of what you bring to it: your honesty, your time, and your trust. These terms reflect our commitment to protecting that space including your reflections, your privacy, and the integrity of the community you’re part of.

By using the Kilnery platform at app.kilnery.com, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your Reflections

The personal reflections you create on Kilnery belong to you. You retain full ownership of everything you write.

By using the platform, you grant Kilnery a limited license to store your reflections in our encrypted database and process them solely to deliver your experience, including AI-powered features like personalized prompts and growth pattern insights. Your reflections are never used for any other purpose.

Our Intellectual Property

The Kilnery platform, including its frameworks, reflection methodology, curriculum, exercises, and all original content, is the intellectual property of Kilnery and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Kilnery’s intellectual property without written permission.

Circle Confidentiality

If you participate in a Kilnery peer circle, you agree to treat everything shared by other members as strictly confidential. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

This is foundational to the trust that makes Kilnery work. Violation of circle confidentiality may result in removal from the program.

Respectful Participationi

Kilnery is a community built on mutual respect and good faith. You agree to engage with other members and the platform accordingly.

Kilnery reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct undermines the safety or integrity of the community.

The Platform

We work to keep the platform reliable and available. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, your reflection data is encrypted and backed up. The platform is provided as a service to support your membership experience.

Professional Boundaries

Kilnery provides a reflection and peer connection experience. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional counsel.

Limitations

The Kilnery platform is provided as-is. While we invest in reliability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for issues arising from platform availability. Kilnery’s total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the changes take effect.
